Penny Southam has won Forty Under 40 and her TV,  and her TV show, All For Nothing, which aired on the W Network and the Oprah Channel, was nominated for a Gemini Award.

Southam Design has won over 35 Design and Architecture awards, in a number of different categories from Best Custom Home Design, all 5 of the Renovation & Addition categories, Best Details, Best Custom Basement, Best Custom Kitchen (of various size categories) Best Custom Bathroom (of various sizes).
