We are currently building a 250 sq. ft. kitchen/family room addition that was designed by Southam. I knew the design was fabulous even on paper, but it’s exciting to see the space come to life. There’s no doubt Penny is a talented designer, you only need look at her website. But what impressed me about her is that she infuses her vision into each project, while still respecting the client’s wishes. She is also extremely committed to delivering the most incredible space possible that’s still within the client’s budget. Not an easy task! We couldn’t be happier.
