SDI has been involved in the design of 6 Boutique, upscale retirement homes. Amica at Westboro Park is a 6 storey new build and Amica Windsor, an 11 storey new build . The scope of services included, the interior design of all public spaces within the building including, and typical layout/design of private suites. The scope included floor plans, elevations, details, reflected ceiling plans and bulkhead design, finishes plans and specifications including the design and development of custom carpet designs for the Amica Brand, review of all shop drawings within the interior design scope, construction documents and coordination of said work with that of the consultants.
